1. Website use
By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its security, operation or other visitors. Products currently marked Pre-order are published for advance review only and cannot yet be purchased.
2. One-of-one objects
Each listing represents one specific photographed amulet. Unless expressly stated otherwise, quantities are limited to one. A listing, inquiry or checkout session does not guarantee acceptance of an order until payment is confirmed and we issue an order confirmation.
3. Descriptions and cultural context
We describe visible characteristics and available identification information in good faith. References to traditional associations, blessings or devotional use express cultural context and belief; they are not guarantees of financial, medical, legal, spiritual or other outcomes.
4. Prices and payment
When commerce opens, prices and checkout charges will be stated in United States dollars. Your payment provider may apply its own conversion rate or fees. We may correct clear pricing errors before accepting an order. Payment details will be handled by the payment provider and will not be stored on Barami’s servers.
5. Orders and cancellation
We may decline or cancel an order where payment is not confirmed, the object is unavailable, fraud is suspected, delivery is not possible or a clear listing error occurred. If a captured payment is canceled by us, the corresponding amount will be returned through the original payment method.
6. Shipping, customs and returns
Shipping availability, charges, customs responsibility and the return process are governed by the Shipping & Returns policy shown before commerce opens. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.
7. Intellectual property
The Barami name, brand materials, writing, catalog records and site photography may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without permission, except where law permits.
8. Mandatory rights and disputes
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Please raise any concern with us by email first so the order record and available evidence can be reviewed.
