This policy explains how Barami handles personal information when you visit thebarami.com, contact us, or—once commerce is enabled—place an order. The storefront is currently available for review and is not accepting payment.
2. Information we collect
We may receive information you provide directly, including your name, email address, inquiry, order details, delivery address and customer-support correspondence. Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, device and browser data, timestamps and security events. Payment-card details are handled by the selected payment provider and are not stored on Barami’s servers.
3. How information is used
We use information to answer inquiries, process and deliver orders, prevent fraud, maintain site security, provide support, meet legal obligations and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.
4. Service providers and international processing
We use service providers including Cloudflare for hosting, storage and security, together with payment, email and delivery providers when those services are enabled. Carriers and professional advisers may receive only the information needed to perform their services. These providers may process information in countries different from your own under their applicable safeguards and terms.
5. Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for orders, support, fraud prevention, accounting and legal requirements. We use access controls, encrypted connections and restricted administrative systems, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your information, and to object to certain processing. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law requires it.
